The Asian Conference on High Pressure Research (ACHPR) is held as an every two year annual meeting to have fruitful discussion in most recent and exciting research at high pressure science and technology, being hosted in Seoul, Korea (ACHPR-4), Lijiang, China (3rd), Nara, Japan (2nd), Dunhuang, China (1st). The 5th meeting will be held in Matsue, Japan, November 7-12, 2010.

Staff members who wears red jacket are on duty during the conference.
They will be also placed at Yonago airport and Matsue station in the afternoon of November 7 to show you the way to the conference site.
Exchanging money is difficult in town. We strongly recommend you to prepare Japanese yen before you leave your country. You may have the last chance to do that only at Kansai international airport (KIX) or Narita international airport (NRT).
We will support the students who come from institute in foreign country and present their research at the conference (oral session OR poster session AND/OR student exchange session) for local expenses partially (40000 Japanese yen). The support can be received in cash at registration desk.
